OP11 Championship 25-26 Season 1 3on3 Winner Decks – One Piece Card Game

The major 3 on 3 2025-2026 Championship tournament in OP11 format took place today, with some of the best players in the East battling it out to win it all! This is a team format, so each team will have 3 players, with every player bringing a different deck.

This adds more variety to the One Piece TCG, showing us a different play style where players pick the three decks they feel complement one another.

The purple Luffy Leader can ramp you an Active Don by taking one Life card. This allows you to make stronger plays on earlier turns, going for a more threatening board development to pressure the opposing player. Zoro-Juuro and Bon Clay add to your ramp strategy, ensuring you play your 9-cost Characters as early as possible.

7-cost Sanji is there to help you control the mid-game, letting you rest one of the opponent’s Characters and then go for a Rush attack to potentially KO it. As for Charlotte Katakuri, his Blocker keyword + 8,000 Power creates a wall to protect your Leader from an attack. Since he can re-stand himself at the end of your turn, you can attack with Katakrui and still have him there to block an attack.

9-cost Luffy is the go-to play when we hit 9 Don, giving us a card draw and going for a Rush attack, which could KO a rested Character or take a Life card. However, if we need a Life card and want to remove an Active 6-cost or less Character in play, Charlotte Linlin is the perfect play, making it harder for the opposing player to win the game while shifting the field presence in your favor.

Black Rob Lucci is still going strong, controlling the board and keeping opponents in check with its multiple removal plays. This is, though quite an interesting list, running Bartolomeo for the +2,000 Counter and Blocker keyword along with Absalmo to KO a 2-cost or less Character, but has a +1,000 Counter if needed.

This deck is heavy on cost reduction cards to put Characters in range for Brook, Rob Lucci, and Jack to KO, making sure the opposing player doesn’t take over the game.

The 10-cost Kuzan is the strongest play in this deck, reducing the cost of all of the opponent’s Characters by 5 and then KOing a 0-cost Character. So, you’re basically KOing a 5-cost Character with Kuzan while keeping the cost-reduction running for as long as Kuzan is in play. This means if your opponent’s can’t remove Kuzan, you’re able to remove any of the new developments much easier thanks to the on going -5 cost reduction.

Blue Purple Luffy is on the top of the meta right now! This Leader has a built-in searcher effect, offering card draw and synergy with your 9-cost Sanji. Using your Leader effect, you can make sure to have a high-cost Character at the top of your deck, which Sanji can cheat out to develop two big bodies in one turn to overwhelm the opposing player.

Since we want to speed up our combo play, we have Zoro-Juuro, Bon Clay, and God Thread for Don ramp, letting us play our combo a turn earlier, which will make it even harder for the opponent to keep up with.

Runner Up: Chari

Red Yellow Belo Betty is an aggressive Revolutionary Army deck, wanting to go wide on the field with multiple Characters and use your Leader effect to give three of your Characters a +3,000 Power boost. This enables a stronger attack turn, focused on the opponent’s Leader to quickly drop them low on Life cards and start planning your winning turn.

Emporio Ivankov and Koala allow you to go wider on the field by cheating out a Character. This will make it harder for the opponent to remove all your Characters, making sure you have attackers ready to start striking on the upcoming turn.

Purple Charlotte Katakuri has an interesting effect, having you return a Don to activate. Once per turn, when attacking or during your opponent’s turn, you can look at the top card in the opponent’s deck, giving you information on their next draw, and your Leader gains +1,000 during this battle.

So you’ll hold off from activating it until you’re at a point where deramping doesn’t put you behind. The +1,000 Power can save you from committing to many Counter cards, and you’re going for stronger attacks, getting more Counter cards from your opponent.

The information we’re gaining from Leader Charlotte Katakuri will play a role when going for 5-cost Charlotte Perospero and 10-cost Charlotte Linlin’s effects. To activate their effects, you need to “guess” the cost of the opponent’s top card in their deck, and since we can look at the opponent’s top card through Leader Katakuri’s effect, we’re not really guessing that card, are we?

Charlotte Perospero trashing a card to activate his main effect, but will ramp back 1 Don, so we won’t fall behind by activating the Leader effect, and we’ll get to draw a card. We’ll trash the worst card in our hand to hopefully draw a better one.

As for Charlotte Linlin, she’s a Rush attacker, and 12,000 Power attack is no laughing matter. Her “guessing” effect activates during your opponent’s turn, but forces you to deramp 5 Don to give your Leader +2,000 Power during this turn. It’s a huge defensive play to survive a turn, but will put you low on Don for the upcoming turn since you’re using your Leader + Charlotte Linlin’s deramp effects.
