The Grass Meowscarada Beedrill ex deck has been showing up more in tournaments. This deck performs the best against ex type decks, using Meowscarada to go for higher-damage attacks.
This is one of the few decks that uses two Stage 2 Pokemon as win conditions, so the early turns can seem slow until your carries hit the board.

How to Play
Meowscarada

We usually want Sprigatito in the Active spot, offering to draw us a Grass-type Pokemon with its Cry for Help attack. We’ll then evolve it to Floragato, who can attack for 40 damage. Not a lot, but it can weaken a Pokemon for Meowscarada to knock out.

Meowscarada is a 140 HP Pokemon that deals 60 damage with its Fighting Claws attack. However, if the opponent’s Active Pokemon is ex, Fighting Claws will deal an extra 70 damage, becoming a 130 damage attack.
We often want to play two Meowscarada since they’re a single-point Pokemon, having them both knocked out won’t lose us the game, and then we can move Beedrill ex to the Active spot to finish the job.

Weedle doesn’t offer much outside of the 20-damage Sting, but evolving it to Kakuna allows us to attack with String Shot, dealing 20 damage and flipping a coin. If we get heads, we can Paralyze the opponent’s Active Pokemon, preventing the opponent’s Active Pokemon from attacking or retreating. Beedrill ex can then join in to attack and potentially knock it out.
Beedrill ex‘s Crushing Speal deals 80 damage to the opponent’s Active Pokemon, but will also discard a random Energy from the opponent’s Active Pokemon. This might not be useful in some cases, but you can slow your opponent down from attacking with a Pokemon or force them to attach an Energy to that Active Pokemon instead of one on the Bench.
You can use Sabrina to force them to move a Benched Pokemon with an Energy attached to it to the Active spot, discarding that Energy from it.

Beedrill ex is tankier, having 170 HP, which can be tough for opponents to knock it out.
Draw Cards

Poke Ball can draw Sprigatito or Weedle, making sure you can level up your Pokemon as early as possible.
Professor’s Research is a Supporter card to draw 2 cards. Since it’s a Supporter card, you want to play it early into the game since you’ll want to play your other Supporters in the late game.
Tools

Giant Cape gives +20 HP to your Pokemon, which can be attached to your Pokemon to make them harder targets for the opponent to knock out.
Battle Cards

Red adds to the damage of your attacks, boosting them by 20 damage if you’re targeting an ex Pokemon. Meowscarada‘s Fighting Claws becomes a 150 damage attack, whereas Beedrill ex‘s Crushing Spear can deal 100 damage.
Erika heals one of your Grass-type Pokemon for 50 damage, keeping them in play for an additional turn.

Sabrina forces opponents to switch out their Active Pokemon with one of their Benched Pokemon. This can allow you to knock out a more valuable Pokemon or slow opponent’s strategy and force them to retreat and discard Energy to get their plan back on track.
On the other hand, Cyrus gives you more control on which Pokemon moves to the Active spot. If the opponent’s Pokemon is damaged, you can move it to the Active spot for your attacker to finish off.
