I went through what the community has been cooking, and some of the changes they’ve made to old already established decks in the meta and picked the decks that will likely have the most impact early on in the meta.

Ruby Sapphire has been crushing the tournament scene at the end of Set 3, managing to win first place in The Pack’s tournament. It has single-handedly forced a more aggressive meta, aimed at countering the Ramp deck.
The plan is to ramp in the early and mid-game, creating more Ink than opponent, which will allow you to drop your high-cost characters and start dominating the game.
Four new cards in this list, although there are other new options you can choose from! But let’s go through these cards!
Ice Block is extremely strong in this deck since it synergizes with Madam Medusa – The Boss, allowing you to put 4 Willpower Characters down to 3 for Madam Medusa – The Boss to Banish. It also works with Brawl, upping the Ruby Sapphire’s control game plan. This is assuming we only play one Ice Block on the board, getting to drop a second Ice Block threatens even higher Willpower Characters.
Scuttle – Expert on Humans is a value card, looking for an Item to draw and since the list runs a lot of Items, you have high odds of finding one in the top 4 cards in your deck.
As for Be King Undisputed, it can be punishing if the opponent has only one Character on the board. You’re more focused on controlling the board in the mid-game, so you’re able to force the opponent to have only one high-cost Character to Banish. This is more of a meta-call card to catch opponents off guard, but it’s not a must-include in the list.

Move away Mufasa, there’s a new Amber Ruby deck that has the potential to perform in the upcoming meta!
This deck runs new cards that can self-damage similar to Mother Gothel – Withered and Wicked. Mulan – Injured Soldier and Beast – Wounded are low-cost characters that enter the playfield and self-damage themselves, this makes Rapunzel – Gifted with Healing play more consistent, giving you additional card draw and creating a stronger board with your now healed characters. Julieta Madrigal – Excellent Cook is also aiding Rapunzel and healing your damaged characters.
We’re trying to keep Mulan – Injured Soldier or Mulan – Enemy of Entanglement alive for as long as possible so Mulan – Elite Archer can shift onto her and carry the late game for us.
Look at This Family is a value card that you can sing Together using more than one character. Ariel – Spectacular Singer will play an important role here in getting to play that value card without having to spend too much resources.

The Amber Emerald runs discard cards to run opponents out of resources, making it difficult for them to Ink and set up future turns.
This deck is trying to set up the Kida – Protector of Atlantis + Under the Sea late-game combo, wiping out the opponent’s board, which can make it difficult for them to come back into the game afterward.
Kid – Protector of Atlantis is also protecting our board, shutting down opponents’ attempts to challenge and banish your rested characters for the turn.,

If you’re a fan of the Emerald Steel discard deck, well the deck will likely hold its ground as one of the best decks in Lorcana meta.
This deck discards opponents’ cards, forcing them to rely on top decks. With Prince John – Greediest of all, you’ll generate value, keeping you ahead of opponent in terms of resources, and eventually, they won’t be able to contest the board.
Pegasus – Gift For Hercules is a 1-cost Evasive character that can sneak some Lore for us. As for The Muses – Proclaimers of Heroes, the card has Ward, making it difficult for the opponent to remove her on the spot with any of their Songs or effects. Its effect lets you return 2-cost Characters to the player’s hand, be it you or the opponent. This means we get to slow down the opponent’s development or get more value out of Ursula – Deceiver.
